I began writing for the Pavé blog in 2009 to cover the cyclocross season. As the blog continued to grow, we realized it would need a new look and a lot of customization to handle a lot of content and multiple contributors. Deciding on using the WordPress platform was a no brainer. From there, I used a client provided PSD file to create the custom design via CSS. Although to original design has been modified, the custom plug-ins that I designed using the WordPress framework and PHP are still in use.
